Use.
These terms govern use of Pickleball Studio, a private workspace for creating, editing, and preparing video content for your own connected publishing accounts.

Using the Studio
You may use the Studio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Keep your workspace credentials private. You are responsible for actions taken from your session and for reviewing content before you approve any export or upload.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and releases needed to create, edit, publish, and distribute your content, including music, likenesses, trademarks, and third-party clips.
Connected platforms
Connecting YouTube is optional. The Studio only submits an upload after you explicitly review and confirm it. You remain responsible for your channel, video privacy setting, audience designation, disclosure choices, and compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all other platform rules.
YouTube API Services
Pickleball Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes information according to Google's Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains stored YouTube data, retention, deletion, and revocation.
AI-assisted output
AI-generated text, media, voice, and effects can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. Review all output carefully. Do not rely on generated output as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Availability and third parties
The Studio may change, pause, or remove features to maintain security, comply with provider requirements, or improve the service. Features that depend on third-party providers, including Google, YouTube, and media-generation services, may be unavailable or limited outside the Studio's control.
